Things Modenus loves – Lindsey Adelman Lighting
Usually “Things Modenus Loves” is a very short blurb about things we fell in love with on our travels or during long nights spent sifting through every known trade resource. Many of you will already know the remarkably creative and almost challenging work of Lindsey Adelman but what intrigued me when I was looking through her website was not only her exceptional design aesthetic but also the spaces in which the pieces are being used. So kudos to product, interior designers, photographers and sytlists – when a team works this well together, design is truly executed to perfection. “Burst” above is certainly a “Thing Modenus Loves”.
The 30-Globe Installation above at The James Hotel in NYC shows the versatility of Lindsey’s work as it spans across an entire commercial space as stylishly as …
…this 18-globe Bubble in a living room designed by Nathan Egan…
…or this 9-globe stacking Bubble in this fabulous Moscow residence designed by Kate Hume.
Pure aesthetic in product, design and representation – this is exactly why I love my work. Be sure to persuse Lindsey’s website for more great design.
