An Indoor Pavilion by Goldthorpe & Edwards Ltd.

J.Wesley Goldthorpe’s client, usually very specific about what she wanted, was stumped by this round, domed space, housed in a turret off what was to be the T.V. room.  When Wes suggested an indoor tent with custom round furniture to snuggle the space the client was thrilled.

Drapery panels untie at the entrance so the little round room can be fully enclosed, actually, fully enrobed.

Goldthorpe & Edwards Ltd designed a custom, roundabout sofa and bordering banquette allowing the entire orchid club of which the client is a leading member,  a private spot for cocktails.   Custom rugs from Patterson Flynn & Martin were designed to echo the shapes of the rooms. The tenting was created with a myriad of fabrics and trims from Scalamandre, Brunschwig et Fils, Travers, Stroheim & Romann and Kravet.
