NKBA Launches the Global Connect Subscription Program

Launched three years ago with a series of international networking events, presentations and business summits, NKBA Global Connect has grown from strength to strength with all around positive response from European brands proving a need for the program as they seek to enter into or expand within the US market. The mission behind the program has been all along to connect kitchen & bath industries globally and support brands that seek to develop a global presence – from around the world to North America and also for US brands seeking to engage in Europe and beyond.

The three year development phase has allowed NKBA to build a program based on input from international manufacturers and their associations and organizations so the newly minted NKBA Global Connect Subscription Program is a direct reflection of challenges and requirements identified by companies that seek to do business stateside and, in the words of NKBA VP of Industry Relations and CSO Suzie Williford: ” If brands coming to or exporting from the US don’t succeed, this disrupts the entire supply chain”.

Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) Kickstart Package

Owned by the NKBA, the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) is North America’s largest trade show dedicated to all aspects of kitchen and bath design. With the expansive show floor filled with the freshest designs from over 600 leading brands, it is a one-stop shop providing attendees and exhibitors the ultimate destination to network, exchangeideas and build their businesses.
Co-located with the International Builder’s Show, owned by the National Association of Homebuilders, the two events – called Design & Construction Week (DWC) play host to nearly 100,000 attendees, covering over 1 million net square feet of show floor space.
NKBA Global Connect Subscribers who choose to exhibit at KBIS will be supported through a number of promotional benefits at KBIS including newsletter and blog features and social media promotion via the show, NKBA and media partners.

The annual NKBA Global Connect Business Summit will feature two days of presentations and seminars on the North American Market including economic outlook, trends, geographic/demographic considerations, go-to-market strategies as well as breakout sessions hosted by industry specific experts. 2020 event is virtual and 2021 location TBD.
KBIS Delegation Program

The annual KBIS Delegation program hosted by NKBA for NKBA Global Connect subscribers includes curated tours of the show, discussion groups with North American designers and buyers, access to the NKBA Global Connect cocktail reception and tickets to the NKBA Opening Night Awards and Party and the Shark Breakfast, a networking event for manufacturers, distributors, sales firms and showrooms.
