If you’re actively involved in the interior design industry you probably can’t imagine a world without physical showrooms. For major investments like kitchens & baths or furniture, showrooms, despite increased web alternatives, will always have a purpose. Same goes, maybe even more so, for textile and wallpaper showrooms where color and feel are just so important. And yet, the conversation (or debate) about the so called showroom of the future and what it entails, remains.
Our friends at KBIS 2015, in partnership with Hearst Design Group, have just announced a brand new awards program called KBIS Innovative Showroom Awards . The program is designed to honor retail showrooms in the kitchen and bath industry and give the most innovative ones among them a chance to present their ideas and innovations at KBIS 2015 in Las Vegas.
