Flux Ceramics from Stoke on Trent – Things we want!

I would like to introduce you to flux from England’s ceramics capitol Stoke-on-Trent, a smart little company that was established in 2010 by Staffordshire University and that now employs a series of designers who create a collection of patterns and design that, and this is my personal prediction, will be at home at high end design centers and retail stores worldwide in very short order.

I discovered flux at Tent London while visiting with BlogTour and was stunned by the bold combination of whimsy and elegance. It’s a collection that could easily be a bit over the top and that is most certainly of the finest craftsmanship but then there’s just enough sense of humor to make this one very notable, approachable collection.

All patterns are created by different designers but complement one another through the classic cobalt blue colorway with a choice of gold or platinum accents.
