Keeping the fun with Carolyn Tracy Interiors
The basic concepts of fun and entertainment are just about the only things that remain after Carolyn Tracy Interiors dragged this 80′s dungeon into the 21st Century.
Tracy got rid of the pool table, wall paper, wood paneling, everything that said early 80′s and brought it into the 21st century but in a grounded, classic way. Previously paneled walls and the wall behind the bar were clad in stacked stone. This added a substantial, structural quality to the room making sense of it’s lower level. The new dark cabinetry, rich tile in the bar area, stain-resistant carpeting now create a warm welcoming environment and the freestanding bar and surround sound system make entertaining a breeze.
The floating shelves in the stone wall allowed for extra storage and interest while saving floor space.
