BEFORE / PROBLEM: Arcadia yard needs help. Client likes to entertain but, yard is not inviting, it’s dark at night, no comfortable seating, nothing to draw you outside.

AFTER / SOLUTION: Outdoor teak dining table and chairs are placed under pendant lighting hung from magnolia tree. Exterior fireplace and hearth is built beyond existing patio with comfortable teak seating area. Steps draw you out to explore the upper yard.
