Kati Curtis founded Nirmada in 2005 after over 10 years of working in international architecture and engineering firms on both the east and west coasts. Nirmada quickly developed a following among an influential Manhattan clientele, and expanded to include projects throughout the world. Featured in such publications as the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times, she has been privileged to work with many of New York's most successful institutions and individuals.

Current projects include a triplex on Manhattan's Upper East Side, luxury coastal homes in New Jersey, and a medical facility design in Long Island, NY.
