Glasgow based designer who graduated from the Glasgow School of Art/University of Glasgow in 2009 with a masters degree in Product Design Engineering. Since graduating he has worked on many self-initiated projects and small commissions. In 2010 he had an inspiring time working as an intern for Studio Libertiny in Rotterdam. During his time at Studio Libertiny David had the chance to work on various projects including “The Unbearable Lightness” which was exhibited in Design Miami/Basel 2010.

Interests

Many interests within art and design from Critical design to Soviet photography and interests and hobbies out-with design including music, the natural world and physical cosmology. These feed into a poetic approach to design which he believes results in innovative, intriguing and beautiful objects.
