My name is Anna Donahue and I think as an artist and that’s what makes my designs unique. My company, AK Donahue Design, began by providing custom art as an interior design element in the form of murals and decorative painting. When a contractor asked me to paint a mural to disguise a crooked wall and a problem fireplace I knew that I needed to change up my business plan. I said, "NO," and drew a plan for a beautiful fireplace which upgraded the value of the room and turned out to be exactly what the customer was looking for. Since then my creative energy has been the driving force behind my interior design business.
