In the case of „in-spline“ for indoors, rattan and stainless steel are used. „out-spline“, for outdoors, is made from a weather-resistant artificial fibre and stainless steel.
„spline arose from the collaboration with Fritsch-associés, who have been enthusiastic about the innovative use of natural fibres in the production of every-day objects for some time. In this way, for example bicycles and pieces of furniture were created from bamboo. Now, Fritsch-associés have discovered rattan for themselves and pursue the objective of conferring new value on this natural fibre.
