Nope these are not sketches of what could be a cute design, they’re the real deal. From Alessandra Baldereschi for Skitsch the new FildeFer collection which she’s just introduced at Salone del Mobile in Milan. Fil de Fer is French for “string of iron” and we think that’s probably the best name for it, although I could also see where it should simply be called “Sketch” . At any rate the collection made it’s way onto “Things Modenus loves” because it’s fun, quirky and a wonderful way to finally ring in the spring. There are a total of four pieces in the collection, chair, armchair, table and coffee table (not shown) to create a complete outdoor setting that simply looks like it had been drawn into place.
