6 Egg yolks
320g Dark chocolate
320g Unsalted butter
100g Plain flour
1 tsp allspice
1. Place the eggs and yolks into a mixing bowl and whisk.
2. Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bowl over a sauce pan and then fold into the egg mixture.
3. Next fold in the flour and allspice and place into desired moulds.
4. Place in a pre-heated oven at 160°C / 320F and cook for 6-8 minutes so that the outside forms a cake texture yet it is still runny in the middle.
Serve in a ramekin or turn it out if you’re brave! Serve with a scoop of Christmas pudding or Eggnog ice cream to give it that festive twist.
This can be prepared up to two days in advance. Refrigerate in the mould and cook when required.
