Color Play at Tent London: Part 1
By Florence von Pelet
As the Modenus team begins gearing up for BlogTour London next month, we’re highlighting some of the most interesting designers featured at this year’s London Design Festival. In “Color Play: Part 1,” we’ve profiled designs bright and beautiful enough to counteract even the dreariest of London days.
The featured designers produce everything from fabric and furniture to artwork but all five of them celebrate bold and joyous use of color. The designers unabashedly embrace color and their designs promise to bring brightness to your home and a smile to your face. Color is not the only thing these designers have in common, however. Watercolor texture makes an appearance in both the illustrations of Antii Sullivan and the printed fabrics of Suzanne Goodwin while whimsical images of nature are featured simultaneously across the canvases of Antii Sullivan and the furniture of S.J. Guest. These vibrant designs will surely be among the most eye-catching at Tent London this year.
Here are the booth locations of the designers featured in this post for the Modenus readers who’ll be attending Tent London – and if you can’t make it, be sure to follow along with BlogTour London 2012 (#BlogTourLDN on Twitter) for exclusive coverage of London Design Festival!
