Poggenpohl has undoubtedly paved their way in kitchen design with luxurious, sleek and immensely efficient German designs. Poggenpohl recently developed a new ash wood veneer design that is natural in style with a wood grain pattern. The veneer blends effortlessly with Poggenpohl’s Sand Grey matte lacquer cabinetry.
We are loving how feminine and lighthearted the new ash wood veneer is. The finish adds warmth to the clean lined European style, making it perfect for the US market and a great fit for many new Scandinavian inspired interiors.
Poggenpohl also recently created the new +EDITION collection that combines tradition with contemporary style. The cabinetry is finished in a new natural walnut wood veneer that balances the white lacquered cabinetry. The black glass upper cabinetry withe LED lighting, also adds another modern element to the collection that is stylish and still not overbearing. Organic meets modern.
Last, but certainly not least, Poggenpohl has introduced a new innovative kitchen collection, +Segmento. The collection works with a vertical cabinetry design that is eye catching, modern and emphasizes the vertical which is rather unusual. The new walnut veneer juxtaposes the high gloss pebble grey lacquer of the cabinetry perfectly. The new raised breakfast bar adds another contemporary element and, well, it simply makes sense. We all usually tend to enjoy a rather hasty breakfast amid the morning chaos and what better way to have breakfast on the go than on a sleek high top that is of utmost convenience.
We will meet with Poggenpohl in London in the coming week for a tour of the showroom and an architecture tour of the city’s prized buildings.
